Class Schedule:

Vinyasa Flow classes are offered multiple times daily:

  • Morning: 6:30am, 9:00am
  • Afternoon: 12:15pm, 4:30pm
  • Evening: 6:00pm, 7:45pm
  • Weekends: 8:00am, 10:00am, 4:00pm

Who is Vinyasa Flow For?

We offer Vinyasa classes for all levels. Beginners are welcome in our Level 1 classes, which provide more detailed instruction and modifications. How long are the classes valid?

Your 10-class pack is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, giving you plenty of time to use all classes at your own pace.

Do I need to book in advance?

Reservations are recommended but not required. Popular class times (weekday evenings and weekend mornings) tend to fill up quickly, so we suggest booking these in advance through our website or mobile app.

What's the difference between your Vinyasa levels?

Level 1: Focuses on fundamental poses with detailed instruction, suitable for beginners.
Level 1-2: Introduces more challenging poses and transitions, for those with some yoga experience.
Level 2: Moderate to challenging sequences with less detailed instruction, for regular practitioners.
