For your first class, we recommend bringing a water bottle and comfortable, stretchy clothing. We provide mats and all other props for free, but you're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
While drop-ins are welcome when space is available, we recommend booking classes in advance through our website or mobile app, especially for popular class times. Members can book classes 3-7 days in advance depending on membership level.
We require 4 hours notice for class cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows result in the class being deducted from your package or a $15 fee for unlimited memberships.
Our Beginner Yoga Foundation Course is perfect for those new to yoga. Alternatively, any class labeled "Level 1" or "All Levels" is suitable for beginners. Feel free to contact us for personalized recommendations based on your specific needs and goals.
